Congratulations to Mr. Monk Goes on Double Dare (Craig Barker, Mike
Burger, Dwight Kidder, Kenny Peskin), who won Trash Masters this past
Sunday at UTC.
Finishing in a tie for second after the 15-round round-robin, Mr.
Monk had to go through three games to take home the title. First up
was the "decision" match to determine who would play the top seed.
Mr. Monk won the game, beating Deadly Viper Assassination Squad and
Day Care Center, LLC (James Dinan, Rebecca Golden, James Quintong and
Julie Stahlhut).
Game 2 saw Mr. Monk take care of Girl with the Pearl Gerbil (Mark
Coen, Anne Mitchell, Chris Rosenberg and Greg Sorenson). As Gerbil
beat Mr. Monk in the RR, a sudden death, 20-tossup final was played,
with Mr. Monk winning on Tossup 20.
Greg Sorenson was top overall scorer.
