This is a preliminary announcement that the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign will hold its annual novice tournament on March 6th,
2004. The rules governing this tournament will be largely the same as
they have always been and a more comprehensive announcement containing
them will follow shortly. Anyone interested in attending this event
