To all schools planning to come to DSHIT VII on March 6 at the
University of Maryland, please contact Sandeep Vaheesan immediately
telling him how many teams, buzzers and moderators you are bringing.
The moderator part is very important; we figure some of the teams
will be escorted by upperclassmen/graduates who are capable of
moderating, and if that is not the case, we need to contact other
sources of moderators. His email address is sandeep at wam.umd.edu.
Also contact Guy Jordan and tell him when he will be expecting your
packet; his email is shabistari at aol.com.

Since we need packets, the $30 deadline has been extended to Monday
night. The $10 deadline will go on for another 5 1/2 hours. We are
willing to negotiate on the tournament fee, including packet
deadlines, if cost is a major issue.
The tournament is less than eight days away, so we need action now.
