NAQT S-value Extrapolation?

I was really bored and decided to partake on this statistical 
adventure just for the heck of it (as well as to try to predict the 
NAQT ICT brackets and to set realistic goals for my team.)  Results

Feel free to discuss results and make comments and/or suggestions to 
improve the formula, which is probably flawed, but just so happens to 
get the order of teams right (or pretty darn close).
