Dear All:
After a long hiatus from the "NATIONAL" quiz bowl scene, I was happy
to make a return this weekend as a member of Pog World Council from
New Orleans, Louisiana.
I thought the tournament was great. I enjoyed every aspect from the
dedication to being on time to the thoughtful prizes at the end. I
especially appreciate the fact that the questions were on an even
level throughout the tournament. I did not feel like any one round
was particularly harder or easier than another.
It was great to see so many of you involved in TRASH from the 1991
Boston University College Bowl team!!!
I also want to thank all of you who sported a retro-sports jersey or
T-Shirt from a defunct league or bygone era of sports history. Maybe
we can get a sponsorship from Distant Replays in Atlanta, Georgia for
the future!!!
Thank you for this tournament. I really enjoyed it. Maybe I should
buy a thong. Hmmmm.
