Kickboxer Classic Update (11/6/04 at Princeton)

Hi all,

Just a reminder that the first packet deadline for Princeton's fall
tournament, the Kickboxer Classic (to be held Saturday, November 6) is
coming up on September 17th.  That deadline is for a $40 discount.  

Again, deadlines are as follows:
September 17: -$40
October 1: -$20
October 8: -$10
October 15: no penalty
October 22: +$20
October 29: +$40
After October 29: +$50 and a team may only enter at my discretion.

Also, I would like any prospective attendees to e-mail me and
register, so I have an idea of how many teams to expect.  Even if you
told me informally of plans to send a team, I'd just like an
"official" notice of interest.  

Lastly, teams attending the Texas and Iowa State mirrors of Kickboxer
Classic are STRONGLY encouraged to submit packets (or partial ones, in
the case of novice teams).  Doing so offers your a team an opportunity
to improve and get some more QB experience, and allows me to make a
higher quality set by leaving me with a wider pool of questions to
use.  I will arrange with Eric and Adam to provide additional
discounts for any team who does so.  If you are going to mirror and
intend to write a packet, please give me a notice via e-mail. 
Remember, submitted packets are to be at ACF Fall level difficulty
(the playoff packets will be more difficult, but I am writing those
myself independent of the prelim material).
