I have taken the liberty of downloading all of the files at qbtrash and
placing them into a directory which can be accessed at 
http://www.collegequizbowl.org/packets/

I will also happily archive any other packets that people send to me.

That's all well and good, but one must be a member of the qbtrash 
group to access the files, and it doesn't look like anyone's 
moderating that group right now.  Could somebody either move the 
files over here or post them somewhere else, or approve requests for 
membership?
