ACF Fall Southwest Update

Greetings, all! I just wanted to update everyone about the status for 
this year's ACF Fall Southwest, to be held at the University of Tulsa 
on Saturday October 30th.

Registered Teams:
UT - Austin (1)
Arkansas (1-2)

That's it, folks. I have already heard from three schools that cannot 
make it. But I know that there are more schools out there in this 
region that have yet to inform me as to whether or not they will be 
attending. To those teams on the fence, please let me know as soon as 
possible. I will not close registration until Monday October 25th, 
which is one week after the last packet deadline. If I do not receive 
sufficient interest by that time, I will cancel the tournament. 
However, I really do not want to do that. So, just to remind you, I 
am willing to make any kind of deal that will better aid you in 
attending this tournament. In order to sweeten the pot, I will add an 
additional $10 discount for those teams who will send a volunteer to 
one of our high school tournaments, to be held in the Spring 
semester. Lastly, when it comes to packets, please contact Matt 
and/or Subash to work something out, whether it be late packets, 
incomplete packets, or whatever. I am sure that they will be willing 
to work something out, as well, in order to make sure that more teams 
can compete.
