Starting a program

Hello,

I am currently a student at Augustana College in Rock Island 
Illinios.  I did quiz bowl in high school and would like to do it in 
college.  The problem is that Augustana does not have a team and I 
have now idea where to start to get one started.  Could you guys 
offer some advice on how I could possible do this?
