dates for ACF Regionals and Nationals in 2006

In 2006, ACF regionals will be held on February 4. Next year's ACF
nationals will be held on April 8. Locations for both tournaments will
be announced in the future, as will a date for ACF fall.

ACF Peoples (Andrew, myself, etc)
