Hello,

This is a note to remind people to register for Penn Bowl 15 as soon 
as possible.  It will be Jan. 21 at the University of Pennsylvania in 
Philadelphia.

Also, I have decided to extend the period for packet submission 
without penalty.  If you look at the original announcement, the period 
that says +10 is now +0.  Also remember that you only need to submit a 
half packet.
