Hey Everybody!
This is the long overdue full announcement for Drake University's
Sword Bowl Mirror.
FORMAT: As stated in the preliminary announcement, our tournament
will be a CUT-style, with one exception, people who aren't
undergrads may compete on a team by themselves. Teams from anywhere
are welcome.
The tournament will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2007. It will
be held in Meredith Hall. Registration will occur from 8:00 AM to
8:45 AM. First rounds will begin at 9:00 AM.
COST: Base fees are :
$60 for the first team from a given institution
$50 for the second team from a given institution
EXTRA-SPECIAL DISCOUNT: If a team consists solely of Pat Hope, the
base fee for that team is $40 (Cannot be used as "first team" from
above).
$5 discount for a working buzzer/lockout system
$10 discount for a working moderator
Travel discounts given at my discretion
