ACF Regional Chicago site

Hi all,

this is the announcement for the Midwest site for ACF Regionals 2007
at the University of Chicago. The tournament will take place on
Saturday, Feb. 17th in Harper Library (a map can be found at
http://maps.uchicago.edu/mainquad/harper.html). The initial meeting
will begin at 9 am in 130 Harper, with rounds starting at 9:30. We
will almost certainly provide lunch, which will almost certainly be pizza.

Fees and Discounts:
base fee: $100
extra teams: $90 per team after the first
buzzer discount (for fully functional buzzer; max. 2 per school): -$10
travel 200+ miles (determined by Mapquest): -$10
travel 400+ miles (determined by Mapquest): -$20
minimum fee: $50

Packet Deadlines (details can be found in

Dec. 16th: -$50
Dec. 30th: -$30
Jan. 13th: $0
Jan. 27th: +$20
Feb. 3rd: +$40
no acceptable packet by Feb. 3rd: +$60

Note that not all teams are expected to write packets.

uchicago DOT edu) with the number of teams you wish to register and
the number of functional buzzer sets you plan on bringing. If you have
any questions, please send me an email. I like receiving emails.
