Penn Bowl 10 announcement/survey

This is just a preliminary announcement for PENN
BOWL X, to be held Super Bowl weekend.

Like
previous years, Penn Bowl will be a timed,
packet-submission tournament.

However, we plan to make
several changes to make packet submission less onerous,
and to improve the quality of packets used at the
tournament; more
info on this will follow in the months to
come.

A formal announcement should come out around the
end of September, and on-line registration will begin

to the Penn Bowl WWW site, at

However, we need your help, so that we can make Penn Bowl
as well-run and enjoyable a tournament as possible.
To that end, I would appreciate it if you could fill
out this brief survey, and return it to me within the
next few weeks. [I realize it may be difficult to
answer questions 3 and 4 right now, but the more info I
can get, the better.]
