You're guaranteed at least one reasonably-easy victory
(that is, unless there's an even amount of teams, and
you draw me as the "Bye"...in which case you need to
contact one OTHER potential contestant so that there's an
odd # of participants and each participant can sit
out alone for his/her bye round while his packet's
being read...)
Or perhaps there could be an A
division and a B division at one of these
tournaments...kind of like golf tournaments with the Championship
Flight, Flight One, Flight Two, et
al..?
Sometimes, it's useful get badly outplayed by players a heck
of a lot better than you....and sometimes it's more
useful to get in a large amount of competitive matches
against those of even ability.
