I, too, thought this was an April Fool's joke, but I'll still respond seriously (inline)... >>> But unfortunately, quiz bowl science questions reward only those who have turned their backs on God. Why are there no questions on the true story of creation as told in Genesis? <<< These are non sequiturs. First, since evolution is a subject in college, it's fair game for a QB question. So is fictional literature. You don't have to believe that the events of "War and Peace" really took place to be able to study it. You should also, as a creationist, be very keenly aware of all of the beliefs and suppositions of evolutionists if you want to be an effective debater. Second, there's no rule against writing questions about anything you want. The "vast Quiz Bowl conspiracy" is not attempting to suppress creation theory. If you want to see some QB creation questions in a tournament, then write some yourself and expand the canon. >>> Why are there no questions on those scientists who, attempting to justify the theories they knew were lies, made up evidence rather than face the Truth of God? <<< I have heard at least two questions on the Piltdown Man hoax, and I think I have heard at least one about Nebraska Man and one on Haeckel's recapitulation theory. I'm a Christian, and I like QB. I don't think the two traits are mutually exclusive. In fact, most submission tourneys require a question or two about religion in your packet. If you want, make it a Bible question. As Nate said earlier, BJU Bible trivia questions are probably much tougher than any we see on the circuit. I for one would like to see some tougher Bible. FTPE what were the Hebrew names of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego? Jeremy R.
