>5/5 Business Management No problem here! Actually, business questions are very hard to write because most day to day work is just adminstration -- and to be quite honest -- most business acument is instinct, not knowlege, you either have it or you don't. Also, business management can be an incredibly broad topic -- I have a business degree but it's specialized in information systems, which according to that list is a separate discipline. Our games tend to follow the market. If I remember correctly, the one time I perused the NAQT entry forms for an ICT, the largest major (though far from a majority) was history majors.Business majors was way down the list. I would also have to wonder how many of the % of the majors would be from traditonal students playing quizbowl (i.e. out of high school) as opposed to nontraditional students (working stiffs upping their education). When I was doing my grad work at Colorado State, I tried desperately to get a team together, but since I was only 1 of the 6 traditional students -- all the others were older -- I didn't have a chance. I would almost guess that 1/4-1/2 of all business majors are non-traditional students. >Precision production trades(?) Machinists, highly technical manufacturing >Protective science(??) Criminial Justice Mike Burger (who, in watching Oz last night, could come up with some very interesting criminal justice questions)
