As for my part in this ACF-ish discussion, please
note that it is my intention to have separate D2
playoffs if I get more than 6 eligible D2 teams to
compete. All JC's and HBCU teams are D2 as well as any
teams made up of novice players who have less than 1
year of non-College Bowl college circuit experience.
