Every so often when someone wants to slam ACF, they
say, facetiously, "why not just stay home and take a
test?" And then ACF's defenders chime right in with "No,
it's not a test."
Don't get me wrong - I am
sure that it _does_ have something to do with the fact
that CBI didn't and doesn't use worksheets.
I
would imagine most people find them boring. I think
there are other ways to test team balance (if that's
the goal) or have partial or total delinkage of
"bonus"-type points and skill on answering "tossups." Heck, I
even proposed some of them in the QB theory group.
