I am pleased to announce the release of Livestat 1.2, the newest
revision of a Perl-based statistics management engine for academic
competition tournaments. Incorporating changes made for the 2002
NAQT HSNCT, Livestat now allows for greater flexibility in
reporting. Most other features have remained consistent with prior
versions, although there are still many ideas rattling around for
the future.
Livestat is available for download at http://livestat.org/. It is
known to work on Linux, Solaris, Mac OS X, and Windows NT. Since it
is written in standard Perl, it should work on any operating system
for which Perl binaries are available.
I welcome any inquiries you have about the project.
