Craig wrote:(in part) As for writing questions on education theory, I would happily take "For 10 points--get this class quiet, attentive, and focused on today's lesson." That said, I was looking through the majors of the two years worth of ICT players. I was unaware I was the only one of a few who couldn't do in the realm of QB, which is sort of ironic, I suppose. Then again, maybe many more people have their sites set on PhDs and what not? ________________________________________ Hmmm...in my case, I'm a Civil Engr. grad currently looking for temp. work as a substitute teacher and considering business school in a couple of years. Unless we come up with more highway design/planning questions or "FTP, build a bridge", I may have a trifecta of underrepresented quizbowl subjects. Of course, I've always held a soft spot in my heart for business questions (besides ISO 9000/9002 questions), although I may be one of the few who did enjoy such questions while I was playing on the collegiate level. In my case, I would have traded 10 to -5 scores for an all-business packet, since unfortunately, I'm more interested in details about corporate CEOs and stock prices than the traditional canon (my loss, I admit) Thankfully, trash and TRASH throws in enough questions about restaurant chains and record labels to satisfy my jones for this topic.
